We’ll talk to Heather Rayburn and Avram Friedman about Progress Energy’s plan for a Solar Power Plant. Rayburn sees it as a positive redirection by Progress after the public stopped it from building a fossil-fuel power plant in Woodfin in 2007. Friedman sees negative impacts as a direct result of the proposed solar plant.
